VINYASA YOGA CLASS (ENG) TI 19:30

Vinyasa flow classes are woven together with a focus on the breath while keeping a steady pace for increased strength, balance, and flexibility. Always open to all levels.
Uuden opettajan esittely:
Lena Kunelius on sertifioitu jooga- ja meditaatio-opettaja. Hän on harjoittanut joogaa vuodesta 1997 ja tiibetiläistä joogaa ja meditaatiota Tenzin Wangyal Rinpochen ja muiden tiibetiläisten opettajien johdolla vuodesta 2008. Lena on opettanut joogaa mm. Helsingin Työväenopistolla jo yli kymmenen vuoden ajan.

Keskiviikkojooga (Fin) keskiviikoisin klo 17:30

Kehoa ja mieltä hoitava, kokonaisvaltainen, helppo ja virtaava harjoitus vaihtuvilla teemoilla. Kevyt dynaaminen liike ja lempeät hengitystekniikat poistavat kehon lukot ja vievät staattisen asanan kautta tyyneyteen ja avoimuden kokemukseen.

Tiibetiläinen äänijooga sunnuntaisin klo 18.30.

Muinainen tiibetiläinen harjoitus, jossa käytetään omaa ääntä ja pyhien ydintavujen värähtelyn voimaa jännitysten ja sisäisten esteiden poistamiseen. Harjoituksessa ydintavujen värähtely kohdistetaan kehon energiakeksuksiin (chakroihin), ja sillä on voimakas puhdistava ja mieltä avaava vaikutus. Meditatiivinen äänijooga vie hiljaisuuden kokemuksen kautta kirkkaan tietoisuuden tilaan.

Sound Healing activates the body's natural healing system for deep restorative healing on a cellular and emotional level.

This effect is produced by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments such as gong, singing bowls, koshi and many other intuitive instruments.
  • Do I need to pre-register for classes in the studio?
    Yes, our studio can accommodate up to 8 people, for this reason we ask you to register in advance for the lesson. You can sign up through this link.
  • I'm signed up for a class, but I can't come. What should I do?
    We ask that you give 6 hours notice of cancellation. To do this, follow the link to cancel the booking, which is indicated in the email. You can also write to us on Facebook or Instagram that you will not be able to come to the lesson. Let's respect each other!
  • How can I pay for a lesson or buy a Yoga-Pass?
    We accept all payment methods. You can pay by cash, credit card, bank account, Klarna or the MobilePay app, and you can also pay with vouchers - Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak and ePassi.
  • How early do I need to arrive before class starts?
    Come a little early to get to know the teacher, get used to the space, find your place, and tune in to the practice.
  • Can I eat and drink before class?
    Yes, you can drink water before class. This is even necessary: in this way we stimulate the release of toxins from the body. But we do not recommend eating heavily before the lesson. Eat something light at least 2 hours before class.
  • What kind of clothes should I choose for classes?
    Clothing for yoga should not slip, crush or restrict movement. You should feel comfortable and pleasant in it!
  • What else do I need to know before attending a class?
    When you come to the studio, please turn off the sound and vibration of your phone.

    The studio has everything you need for classes (rugs, blocks, blankets, belts). Everything can and should be used. You are always welcome!

  • What should I do if my YogaPass has expired and I haven't been able to attend all the classes?
    You can extend your YogaPass for one more month for 10€. Please tell the teacher about this before or after the lesson.
